Asset Custody

Once an asset is selected by the DAO, the presale process begins with tiered access that rewards Beartie community holders. Each wallet is limited to 3 NFTs per phase to ensure fair distribution.
Custody & Verification System
Secure Storage
Every real-world asset is stored by verified, certified custody partners with extensive experience in handling luxury collectibles (e.g., Malca-Amit). This ensures proper maintenance and security of the physical items backing the NFTs.
Transparent Records
Complete asset details including location, condition, and storage partner information are published transparently on-chain (when possible) or documented off-chain, allowing all NFT holders to verify the status of their fractional investments at any time.
Guaranteed Custody
Custody is guaranteed for at least 24 months after minting, with the cost included in the initial mint price. NFTs remain non-redeemable until a full asset liquidation is approved through DAO voting.

All transactions conducted using the $BEARTIE token instead of USDC will have a % discount, maintaining ecosystem cohesion while the platform generates sustainable revenue through trading fees, a portion of which is returned to Greed Beartie NFT holders as rewards.
Asset Liquidation & USDC Redemption
Sale Proposal
When market conditions are favorable, the team proposes an asset sale to the DAO, providing analysis and rationale for the timing.
DAO Approval
Community votes on whether to proceed with the sale, determining if the time is right to liquidate the asset.
Optimal Selling
If approved, the team explores the best selling methods: on a dedicated "Sales Section" built-in on Beartie RWA Hub, auction system, private collector offers, or 3rd-party RWA marketplaces (future integrations)
Redemption
Once sold, the corresponding fractional NFTs holders can burn the NFT on our platform, to receive their proportional share in USDC based on the final sale price.
